Ending the Stigma

Ending the Stigma is a program designed for student audiences.  This in-school presentation is devoted to giving students an opportunity to learn about mental health conditions through an informative PowerPoint, short videos, and personal testimony.

  • A 50 minute, free presentation for middle & high school students 

  • Presented by 1-2 individuals with lived experience 

  • Topics include warning signs of mental health conditions, coping strategies, ways to help a friend, and more

  • Students will receive youth-specific resource handout

It is recommended that you put your request in at least three weeks in advance since we rely on volunteer availability.

To become a presenter, you must complete a training that helps you craft your personal story and prepares you to present it to audiences.
