Advocating for Your Black Child
A free, 8-week Psycho-Educational group designed specifically to support the needs of Parents & Caregivers of Black/African American children and youth (ages 9 -19 years old) who may be experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.
Join other Parents and Caregivers in gaining a better understanding of common childhood mental health, neurological differences, and emotional challenges which may impact your child.
Develop the tools and understanding to inform your critical role as a Parent or Caregiver.
Access clinical support and practical resources specific to your family’s needs.
Gain support and validation around teaching your child how to navigate showing up in “white spaces”.
This group will be facilitated by skilled clinical, educational & medical professionals who are trained in addressing the behavioral health needs of youth and families.
