

​Peer-to-Peer is a free, 8-week course for individuals with mental health conditions. Taught peers who know what it is like to manage a mental health condition. The program includes presentations, discussions, and interactive exercises.

All participation in the class is voluntary and confidential. Additionally, we do not recommend any specific medical therapy or treatment approach in class.

Are there requirements or costs associated with this class?

Our classes are 100% free

Participants must commit to attending 8 weeks

No prior knowledge is necessary

No formal diagnosis is necessary. This class is open to anyone managing symptoms of mental health conditions or who thinks they may have a mental health condition.

Access to Wi-Fi is required for online classes. If you cannot access Wi-Fi, still fill out the application, though, and you'll be notified when an in-person class is scheduled.
