PEER SUPPORT GROUPS

Our Peer Support Groups offer respect, understanding, encouragement and hope for adults (18+) living with a mental health condition. As of now, all our group are held virtually over Zoom.

  • Free and confidential

  • Held for 75-90 minutes

  • Designed to connect, encourage, and support participants using a structured support group model

  • Led by trained facilitators living in recovery themselves

Black, Indigenous and People of Color Support Group

We share experiences, offer support, and exchange coping strategies to foster hope and understanding through psychological and spiritual insights. Learn from others about local resources, community organizations, and personal coping strategies. Led by NAMI-trained volunteers with extensive personal experience coping with mental illnesses. Virtual: 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7 pm on Zoom

An interfaith devotional and discussion group that seeks to identify, define and put into action specific virtues or spiritual attributes that can uplift us and help us to rise above the limitations and sufferings of mental illness and the daily challenges that we and our families experience.
