PEER SUPPORT GROUPS

Our Peer Support Groups offer respect, understanding, encouragement and hope for adults (18+) living with a mental health condition. As of now, all our group are held virtually over Zoom.

  • Free and confidential

  • Held for 75-90 minutes

  • Designed to connect, encourage, and support participants using a structured support group model

  • Led by trained facilitators living in recovery themselves

Peer Support Group
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15pm
Peer support for all adults living with a mental health condition. 
Young Adults Support Group
Wednesdays 6:00-7:15pm
Peer support for young adults (18-28) living with a mental health condition. 
Black, Indigenous and People of Color Support Group
Mondays 6:00-7:15pm
Peer support for BIPOC individuals living with a mental health condition. 
Black Minds Matter (Affilate Group)
1st and 3rd 6:00-7:15pm
Black Minds Matter is a peer support group for individuals who identify as Black or African American. This group is facilitated Tamuri Richardson, a professional motivational speaker, communications consultant, coach, author and NAMI SF presenter. Email tamuri@namisf.org with any questions.
Spirituality Support Group (Affiliate Group)
1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7 pm
