Our Peer Support Groups offer respect, understanding, encouragement and hope for adults (18+) living with a mental health condition. As of now, all our group are held virtually over Zoom.

  • Held for 75-90 minutes

  • Designed to connect, encourage, and support participants using a structured support group model

  • Led by trained facilitators living in recovery themselves

We share experiences, offer support, and exchange coping strategies to foster hope and understanding through psychological and spiritual insights.
