Our Peer Support Groups offer respect, understanding, encouragement and hope for adults (18+) living with a mental health condition. As of now, all our group are held virtually over Zoom.
Free and confidential
Held for 75-90 minutes
Designed to connect, encourage, and support participants using a structured support group model
Led by trained facilitators living in recovery themselves
Peer Support Group [Full]
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15pm on Zoom
Peer support for all adults living with a mental health condition. Unfortunately, our Peer Group is at capacity. We will be accepting new participants soon though! Please add your name to our waitlist and we will contact you when our capacity has increased.
Spirituality Support Group (Affiliate Group)
1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7 pm on Zoom
Affiliate spiritual support group for people of all faiths who live with a mental health condition and/or loves someone who lives with a mental health condition. For invitation email: firstname.lastname@example.org
2nd Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm
In-person Spiritual Support Group: This is a spiritual support group for people of all faiths or no faith, for those who desire spiritual, emotional and mental support in these times of difficulty.
