PEER SUPPORT GROUPS

Our Peer Support Groups offer respect, understanding, encouragement and hope for adults (18+) living with a mental health condition. As of now, all our group are held virtually over Zoom.

  • Free and confidential

  • Held for 75-90 minutes

  • Designed to connect, encourage, and support participants using a structured support group model

  • Led by trained facilitators living in recovery themselves

Peer Support Group
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15pm on Zoom
Peer support for all adults living with a mental health condition. 
Young Adults Support Group
Wednesdays 6:00-7:15pm on Zoom
Peer support for young adults (18-28) living with a mental health condition. 
Black, Indigenous and People of Color Support Group
2nd and 4th Mondays 6:00 - 7:15 pm. PT on Zoom
Peer support for BIPOC individuals living with a mental health condition. 
Spirituality Support Group (Affiliate Group)
1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7 pm on Zoom
Affiliate spiritual support group for people of all faiths who live with a mental health condition and/or loves someone who lives with a mental health condition. For invitation email: pjevans02@gmail.com 

 

2nd Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm
In-person Spiritual Support Group:  This is a spiritual support group for people of all faiths or no faith, for those who desire spiritual, emotional and mental support in these times of difficulty.
